Artist statement.

Commission based on floral/fractal fantasy expressionism.

What exists in this world? Define existence? A simple question; (but for, the answer), which seems to be a changing dynamic, in this world full of flux and energy, moving capriciously through dynamic space.

What is night and day, darkness and light and where is the meeting point between the two? So many questions. Can we define them or even begin to ask or analyze the depth of nature, space reality, time, fractals, and quantum?

Visually the mountains rising into the clouds brings some thoughts on dimensional space, existing in different geological fields. The flowers, bushes, trees, butterflies, birds, and insects seamlessly merge together as the Forrest blurs, like fire in sequence. Once we reach the place between the mountains and the sky, the ethereal dimensions seem less clarified, our mind moves to white space, clearing between the clouds. Where am I? The possibilities are endless and the imagination runs wild?

Once the forest floor and skies merge, we then accept the earth plain as it is, (the ethernet of mycelium networks working together, the EMF ranges pulling, and separating the waves of frequencies), we then move into another dimensional space. The undefined reality of quantum physics where fractals and mathematics meet to define the universal, the META, the beyond what we know? Drawing on this concept of unknowingness, the blindness sets in to unwind the colors through the light coalescing together, sideways, that grasp on the unfocussed reality. That spark of capturing those freak episodes of the mind reality skipping time. Where am I now?

Do the fractals talk to each other as they merge and form geometrical patterns and shapes in isolation, or as they move around to those in-between moments of pause and thought? I wonder? What of symbology as it seeps into our psyche as we unravel the ancient civilizations and their interpretation of God, gods, aliens, spaceships, and communication? Where am I now? Somewhere deep in thought as I unravel the universe as my Muse for she speaks to me in all languages? Does she have a favored language? I wonder. What about color, does the spectrum talk its own language? What of feeling? Is feeling a language? Where am I now? Somewhere in between, as I always have been? Just as it always was (Talking Heads).

The Specifications from the client.

White, blues, bright, and yet toned. Not too much black. For a large children's wing of a new build house. Bright. Curious. Do what you do.

Artist thoughts around clients.

Children need bright and curious objects to open their minds to develop new ways of engaging with their environment, and others around them. Fantasy, mathematics, visualization, ambiance (fun), and unrestrained play.
