An investigation into 5G Electromagnetic frequencies.
While we live in a world where everything is determined by frequencies, (our phones, devices, laptops, computers, and electric cars), have we noticed that all this technology, is swirling around us in the airwaves?
If we could see this, what would that look like? A question for energy & colour synaesthesia, the neurodiverse, or a scientist sitting in an underground military facility?
Full of spectrum colors? What joins this together? Gold waves? What's in-between? A grid-like mathematical pattern?
We are all in this together, we are the ether in between. Our biological nervous system feels all these waves, and we weave them into our daily life. Does that affect us physically, psychologically, and emotionally? How does this affect nature?
As I danced around the flow of this painting, (Loud music under headphones, focus directly on visualization of a blank canvas); the feeling of energy flowing out of me, into the painting, (understanding the transference of my frequencies into the canvas and the paint), I realized we are all affected by each other, in everything we do. This transference of energy, heat, and frequency comes in many colors, in terms of our thoughts, what colours make up our psychology of being?
What colour is sadness, happiness, stability, unhappiness, confusion, division, outside interference, love, hate, connection, unrest, tiredness, or high energy? Many synasthesia/s have these observations of colour and sensitivity to patterns, thoughts, and emotions. As I explored the dynamics of frequencies I found myself seeing emotions as colours, merging, winding in and out, and in-between each other, as the dynamics change, with sound, music, people, ambiance, and people moving in and out of my studio, while I worked the canvas. Different energies flowed in and out, both negative and positive, mellow, and neutral. The music as I danced with the paintbrush across the rough surface, determined my emotional mood and my thoughts. Colours radiated in and out of my psychological mood. The heat from my body transferred to the energy that flowed into action, as the action increased, so did the energy in the painting, as it moved effortlessly through space, emerging as the thing that was before me. It took on a life of its own.
In the same essence and curiosity, do the electromagnetic frequencies affect us the same way? Are they changing our moods? How do they affect the way we feel about the environment, and the people around us? With the rise in military direct targeting, (globally) and the investigations by the United Nations (involving direct biological warfare), trickling down into public knowledge? In terms of mental health, how do we understand what is affecting us on a daily basis, and if we don't know, how do we determine whether the decisions we are making are right or wrong? All of these unseen effects can also translate into colours, sound, and sensory somatic experiences? Sometimes we don't know why, we are feeling like this or that, but what we do know is that humans possess electrical currents and electromagnetic frequencies that reach out into the environment in everyday experiences. It's how we read another person, and how we change by interacting with crystals in the sand, or become grounded when we walk on the grass as the earth also reaches out to us, at the same time. The same way each phone talks to another phone.
Our biological, fractal quasi-quantum reactions to these non-visual but very real environmental effects are at minimum, interesting questions in science and metaphysics?
What will the future hold and does it really matter how we get there?
This large triptych would suit a public or private space, where energy and movement are needed to raise the patrons, family, friends, and/or commercial space, to a higher vibration. Full of energy and movement this piece was designed to elevate the mind.
